Leadership

In 2017 Pastor Lance and his family returned to New Faith as the Lead Pastor. He believes that a “Great Commitment to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission will grow a Great Church!” He leads from the philosophy that everything rises and falls on leadership and that his spiritual job description as Lead Pastor is found in Ephesians 4:11-12. 

In 2020 Hunter was hired as the Youth Pastor at New Faith Chapel. Hunter, and his wife Hannah, are passionate about reaching students with the love and message of Jesus. 

Lindon's greatest desire is to see all people in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. He believes that the Church is to be a warm and accepting community for all regardless of where they are in their faith journey. The goal of ministry is to meet individuals where they are and to help them discover how much they are loved by Jesus and the Church. 

Toby leads our Sunday morning worship. He longs to be a leader who is familiar with the intimacy of God in worship, but, who also knows how to lead others into the presence of God. 

John directs our choir and oversees the church’s music ministry. John brings leadership to the music ministry from the belief that real worship involves the heart. 

Julie has been the church secretary for the last nineteen years.
