Leadership

In 2017 Pastor Lance and his family returned to New Faith as the Lead Pastor. He believes that a “Great Commitment to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission will grow a Great Church!” He leads from the philosophy that everything rises and falls on leadership and that his spiritual job description as Lead Pastor is found in Ephesians 4:11-12. 

Toby leads our Sunday morning worship. He longs to be a leader who is familiar with the intimacy of God in worship, but, who also knows how to lead others into the presence of God. 

Jamie directs our choir and leads the church’s music ministry. He brings vision and steady leadership, grounded in the belief that true worship flows from the heart.

John McMahan serves as Assistant Choir Director, faithfully supporting the choir and music ministry with humility and dedication. He helps cultivate an atmosphere where worship flows from the heart and every voice is strengthened to serve with excellence.

Julie Jackson has served as Church Secretary for nineteen years, faithfully supporting the ministry with dedication, care, and a heart to serve.

Nathanael and Stefanie Packwood serve as Interim Youth Directors, investing in the spiritual growth of our students and helping them build a strong, Christ-centered foundation.

Melissa Massey serves as Children’s Director, faithfully leading and nurturing the next generation in a Christ-centered environment. She is committed to helping children grow in their understanding of God’s Word and develop a strong foundation of faith.
